• Apply below by completing the form
• If application is successful then confirmation email will be sent to entrants
• Upon receipt of confirmation email, teams are required to complete payment
• Team entry fee - $7 650 ($2 550 or ~1 144 295 KZT per amateur)
• Team deposit - $3 500 or 1 570 000 KZT*
• Team entry finalised when entry form is completed fully, and the team deposit is received into the tournament account

*The remaining payment balance of $4 150 can be paid in cash or with card anytime prior to the tournament starting or at the registration in Almaty on the 10th & 11th of September.
